shipping, returns & warranty

shipping

When it ships. Poetry Camera ships from New York within 1–3 business days. Moonstone lamps are made to order in New York and ship in 1–2 weeks. If you order both, they arrive in separate packages with separate tracking.

US. Standard shipping is free on orders of $200 or more (every Poetry Camera qualifies) and $10 otherwise. Faster UPS options for cameras are offered at checkout.

International. Cameras ship to 30+ countries and lamps ship worldwide, with rates shown at checkout. Your country may charge duties or import taxes on delivery.

You’ll get a tracking email when your order ships.

returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return a Poetry Camera or Moonstone lamp, including made-to-order lamps. It needs to come back undamaged, with all its parts. Custom products, like a custom-color camera, can’t be returned.

To start a return, email hello@tenderworld.co with your order number. In the US, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label, so there’s nothing to pay upfront; a flat $15 for return shipping comes out of your refund. Outside the US, please ship it back yourself, with tracking. Once it arrives and we’ve checked it, we refund your order to your original payment method (minus the $15 for US returns).

warranty

Everything we make, custom products included, has a 1-year warranty from delivery. If it arrives broken or stops working because of a defect, email us a photo or video and we’ll send a replacement at no cost, stock permitting. The warranty doesn’t cover accidental damage, like drops or water.
